No testing on animals We don't believe in testing on animals and none of our products are tested on animals.
Recycling it's one of our ways of giving back. Every jar, bottle, or box that DreadHead stocks comes from a recycled material.
Earth Friendly low waste packaging We believe that's it's not hard to find ways to be conservative of the earth's resources. We've found by choosing the dimensions of the boxes, to fit the kits or products they were going to be used with, we could drastically reduce and in some cases completely eliminate the use of packaging material. When you receive your DreadHead order you won't find your box packed with specially blown Styrofoam cut outs or unrecyclable packing peanuts, stuff that was manufactured to be used once and then thrown away, inevitably taxing our earths environment as many companies do, instead you'll find exactly what you ordered with the addition of a few bonuses like stickers and beads. If you do find packaging in your box, it's made of 100% biodegradable starch material that is soluble in water. That’s right, you can wash them down the drain and it’s like they were never there. Please let us know if you have any other ideas of how we can improve our packaging while reducing our impact on the environment.
Paper Conservation DreadHead also saves lotsa trees and paper by sending email invoices instead of paper invoices. All of our packaging list are printed directly on your shipping label, which allows us to properly pack your order while saving paper. Those little numbers on the bottom of your shipping label are actually eliminating the use of an entire sheet of paper. The electronic invoice you will receive by email serves as both your packing list and invoice and provides all the information you'll need if you should need to contact us to get tracking information for your order. We can send a paper invoice per request and we do send out paper invoices with all wholesale orders.
All this stuff is nothing new, we've been doing it this way since back in 1999 we just thought you knotty gals and guys might be interested to know.
