If you're looking at some of the other products that are not in the Ultra-Kit (but are available below at a discount with the kit) and you're wondering if there's anything you'll wish you had ordered with your kit...I'll let you know what items people usually get when they come back...

First is the Loose Hair tool. Your dreads will have loose hair and this is the easiest way to take care of it. Period. Our maintenance section and FAQ are full of references to using this handy tool and some Lock Peppa to better your dreadlocks in all sorts of ways. With the ultra kit you'll already be getting a Lock Peppa so this is the remaining piece to that powerful combo. You'll love the dread tool!

Second is the Dread Butta. This sweet smelling hero of smooth locks does double duty for your dreads. When your dreadies are new it goes on right after the wax to make your dreadies feel awesome. You can hear them shouting HELLS YEA if you listen closely. Say goodbye to the tacky feeling of newly applied wax that hasn't had a chance to work in yet...Dread Butta Knocks out tacky like Chuck Norris on a crazed rampage... Then as your dreads mature, and no longer need waxing, the Dread Butta shows off it's stuff again as an amazing natural moisturizer. Much easier to apply, and lighter than the wax, it prevents dryness and breakage and makes the surface of the dreads soft rather than scratchy.

You'll wanna get this stuff eventually so let me recommend grabbing it now, so you can take advantage of it right from the start and you'll save a bit with the discount too.

While am at it...another thing that is not at all crucial to your dreading success, but getting popular none the less, are the "born on" shirts. If you haven't seen these, they're pretty cool.
