Note: Orders can be tracked 3 business days (72 business hours) after they are placed. It is not possible to track them sooner unless an email has been sent to you with a tracking number.

After three business days the options below can be used to get the status of your order. Start with the first and work your way down:

99% of the time an email will be sent with the subject "Your Order Has Been Shipped". You'll find a link in this email that will give you the status of your package. Click Here for more info about the email.

If you checked the spam box and you're sure you didn't receive the email, you can still login to your account in our online store with the login info you gave when you placed your order. If you do not remember your password you will also have the option to have it emailed to you. Click here to log in.

If you havn't received the email and you are unable to log in to your account you'll need to submit a form and wait until we are able to do a manual search for your order. Click here for that form.
