Why won't my tracking number work at UPS or USPS?
Reason 1: Make sure you are tracking your package at the right website.
If you ordered UPS Ground, Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Express you should track your package at www.ups.com
If you order USPS Priority Mail, First Class, or Express Mail you should track your package at www.usps.com.
You can usually tell which shipping company the package is shipped through by the tracking number. If your tracking number starts out 1Z...... your package was shipped through UPS. If your tracking number starts out with a 0 or just has numbers then your package was shipped through the US Post Office.
Reason 2: You could be using your order number instead of your tracking number. Your tracking number starts off 1Z...... or 0......
