Return Policy and Instructions

We have to toss all opened, returned items so please avoid returns if possible. =] . If merchandise is defective, damaged or unwanted upon receiving your order please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All damage claims MUST be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused for a refund. There is a $5.00 restocking/processing fee on all returned packages unless you select Store Credit or Exchange. This is used to pay for merchant transaction and processing charges. Unfortunately we cannot credit any shipping fees. We can accept returns for up to 30 days after the item is received.

Please use the form below to get an RMA number to send your package back. RMA stands for Returned Merchandise Authorization. If you return a package without an RMA number you may not receive a credit for the returned merchandise. There is a $3.00 "NO-RMA" Fee when returns do not have an RMA number.

If you ordered using a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express we can issue the refund to your credit card. If you ordered by mail we can issue your refund by check with a $1 service fee. Returns take about a week to go through processing. You are responsible for paying for the shipping charges on returning packages.

We can only accept returns on the following conditions:

  1. The item has not been used.

  2. All parts, accessories, instructions, etc. are enclosed.

  3. The item was delivered less than 30 days prior.

  4. You have included an RMA number.



Shipping Instructions For Returning Merchandise


After you get an RMA number from us please write it on the outside of the box, on 3 or more sides, with a black marker. Please send the package to us through the US Post office and get a delivery confirmation and insurance. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address, lost or damaged packages.
